We are looking for a motivated and resilient individual to lead our resolute nursing team, to maintain remarkably high standards and empower the team to meet the ever-changing needs of palliative care.

Main duties of role:

Provide Clinical Leadership to the IPU team, ensuring a maintenance of high-quality patient care.
Promote and maintain an atmosphere which reflects the hospice core values and behaviours.
Promote a culture of learning, enquiry, and continuous improvement, acting as a resource for all.
