Care at ACCORD

ACCORD Hospice provides Palliative and End of Life Care services, all of which are delivered by a team of skilled staff and volunteers.

Our aim is to ensure all patients needing end of life care in the community have access to excellent services, delivered when they are needed, meeting individual needs of patients and their loved ones.

"Everything seemed out of control - I was really anxious. Having spent quite a few weeks in ACCORD, I am now feeling much better and reunited with my family at home, with support from the community team. I am so grateful, it was a privilege to meet such lovely caring people."
