🥾 Hadrian’s Wall Charity Trek
Lanercost Priory to Brocolitia
Step back in time and step up for ACCORD Hospice on this unforgettable charity trek along one of Britain’s most iconic landmarks. This inspiring challenge takes you from Lanercost Priory to Brocolitia, following Hadrian’s Wall and passing through some of the most fascinating and historic Roman ruins in the country — all while raising vital funds to support the compassionate care provided by ACCORD Hospice.

Built in AD 122 on the orders of the Roman Emperor Hadrian, Hadrian’s Wall once stretched coast to coast, from Bowness-on-Solway in the west to Wallsend in the east. Today, it remains the most remarkable Roman monument in Britain and is recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, cutting through the dramatic landscapes of Northumberland National Park.

This challenging yet rewarding trek attracts walkers from across the UK and beyond, offering stunning scenery, rich history, and a real sense of achievement. More importantly, every step you take helps raise essential funds for ACCORD Hospice, supporting patients and families when they need it most.
Why not make history count?

With fantastic support throughout — from our friendly tented village and experienced guides to excellent food and team spirit — this is a truly memorable way to challenge yourself while making a meaningful difference. Join the team, walk in the footsteps of history, and raise vital funds for ACCORD Hospice.
