Hospice Partners Initiative
The aim of the Hospice Partners Initiative is to:
- raise awareness of palliative issues
- share information about current thinking on best practice
- build on the knowledge, skills, competence and confidence of all grades of care home staff

Registered Nurses and Care Home Managers who are registered nurses
25 April, 10.00 - 12.30pm
20 June (Joint Meeting) 10.00 - 4.00pm
Carers, Senior Carers and Care Home Managers who are not registered nurses
8 February, 10.00 - 12.30pm
20 June (Joint Meeting) 10.00 - 4.00pm
